You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be in new, unused condition
✔ Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
✔ Requested within 30 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (brushes, grooming tools, etc.)

Food-related products that have been opened

Holiday/seasonal items requested after the season has passed

Items marked Final Sale

💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed by our warehouse partner, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:

3–5 business days for us to process the return

3–7 business days for your bank to release the funds
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
🔁 Exchanges & Replacements
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

📦 Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return or replacement costs.

For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

🚚 Late or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed beyond our estimated 3–12 business days delivery window, please reach out.

📬 Wrong Address Provided
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination or issue a refund until the package is returned to the warehouse.
