🔄 Refund & Returns Policy 

We want you to love every purchase from SimpliGoods Shop.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


🕒 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, simply contact us at:

Include your:

  • name

  • order number

  • reason for return


📦 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

✔ The item must be in new, unused condition
✔ Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
✔ Requested within 30 days of delivery


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (brushes, grooming tools, etc.)

  • Food-related products that have been opened

  • Holiday/seasonal items requested after the season has passed

  • Items marked Final Sale

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed by our warehouse partner, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return

  • 3–7 business days for your bank to release the funds

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.


🔁 Exchanges & Replacements

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • a short description of the issue

  • a clear photo of the item


📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return or replacement costs.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

We’ll let you know the details when you contact us.


🚚 Late or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed beyond our estimated 3–12 business days delivery window, please reach out.

We can:

  • locate your package

  • request a replacement

  • or issue a refund if necessary

Your satisfaction comes first.


📬 Wrong Address Provided

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the order has already shipped, we cannot change the destination or issue a refund until the package is returned to the warehouse.

Please contact us right away if you entered the wrong address.
